ABOUT RIVERSTONE

I am an Education Consultant with 30 years working in primary education. I have 19 years’ senior leadership experience and 10 years as a Headteacher. I have served as a Governor for 20 years and am also a trained SENDCo. I have provided strong and effective school leadership at times of extreme challenge, but also strategic leadership in my schools, nursery settings, and across Community Learning Partnership schools. I am an innovative and inspiring leader, who can drive innovation and quality enhancement across all areas. I believe in values led leadership and the importance of transformative organisational culture. Training, coaching and mentoring throughout my career underpins my practice and approach. I have completed NPQEL, have delivered school-to-school support, and am a facilitator for Ambition Institute's NPQH. As a consultant, I am able to support other leaders and educators in their school improvement journeys.
